Josephine Gabert
As a communication psychologist and Master in International Management, Josephine Gabert has made it an early task of hers to bring people together. As CEO of Berlin's most exclusive/stylish wedding agency - Beautiful Occasions- , Josephine has perfected her organizational skills in the last couple of years, building a network of partners and service providers across Europe. With the founding of FINEBERLIN, she has fulfilled the dream of having her own event agency. Regardless of the type of events, our clients are in safe hands with her.

Melisa Manrique
With an academic background in political science and communication, Melisa Manrique began her career in the non-profit sector in the vibrant cities of Lima and Mumbai. Of Peruvian origins, Melisa grew up in Rome, stayed in Europe to broaden her business experience. As community and account manager at the largest start-up club in Europe, she specialized in designing original event formats bringing start-ups and companies together.
Melisa has the ability to immediately recognize individual needs and desires, thus developing tailor-made concepts for every occasion.
At FINEBERLIN she has found the perfect environment to put her skills and versatile experiences into practice.
Karoline Konrad
With ten years of experience in international cultural management, Karoline now focuses on mental health, mindfulness, and stress management. As a kinesiologist and coach, she guides individuals through personal transformation processes. In her role as a mentor for the HHL Founders Initiative, she supports women on their journey to self-employment.
Karoline creates inspiring spaces for groups through mindfulness exercises, reflection formats, and methods to promote resilience, such as in the women's network Mut*toGo Women. Karoline's special strength lies in the combination of coaching and management experience.
Her work is characterized by a holistic approach that empowers individuals to find their own balance and view change as an opportunity.
Hannah Paulaeck
After studying cultural sciences in Berlin and Florence, Hannah Paulaeck immersed herself in the innovative and multicultural world of startups and entrepreneurs with the Factory, the largest startup campus in Berlin. The event formats ranged from workshops, meetups and panel discussions to hackathons and multi-day congresses to exclusive receptions, dinner events and parties.
With the founding of FINEBERLIN she found the opportunity to focus more on her own ideas and interests and to devote herself to new challenges.
Her strengths lie in her calm and positive charisma, communication, creativity and solution-oriented thinking as well as her interest in interior design and layout.
